He's a totally irresponsible person. Because he has no morals to lead a Church, much less be a pastor of souls. But it will be necessary for the lord cardinals to be the opposite of him: they must observe the Universi Dominici Gregis. And so the charlatan on Peter's is throne kicked out. It will be like a breath of God. Soon the order will return in the Church.
