ev. Edward V. Warren, S.J In Los Gatos, CA on Friday, June 22, 2007, at age 89, of complications from pneumonia. He was a Jesuit for 66 years... In his retirement he served the Jesuit Community at Santa Clara as guest master, house historian and pastoral minister. Pastorally, he helped out at Our Lady of Peace, Queen of Apostles and St. Clare parishes. He also said Mass for both the Carmelites in Santa Clara and the Poor Clares in Los Altos Hills.Fr. Warren delighted in his vocation as a Jesuit priest. He made himself available, as priest, for every possible need that came up. He was a very prayerful, gentle man with great compassion for all whom he met. He had a very lively mind and a wonderful sense of humor.
