Nick Donnelly @ProtecttheFaith..a man who claims to be pope but does not safeguard the apostolic faith cannot be pope Unless your definition of 'pope' means someone who does not uphold the apostolic Faith which renders the word 'pope' in any Catholic sense meaningless
If a man claiming to be the successor of St. Peter doesn't safeguard the apostolic Faith then there is no point to him claiming to be pope
But our Lord made it clear that Apostle Peter is the rock on which His Church is founded
Therefore a man who claims to be pope but does not safeguard the apostolic faith cannot be pope
Unless your definition of 'pope' means someone who does not uphold the apostolic Faith
which renders the word 'pope' in any Catholic sense meaningless

If Catholic doctrine says that Peter is the rock on which his Church is founded, then the same Catholic doctrine that states that this will never change.
But the facts point out that Bergoglio is going against another immutable Catholic teaching, which clearly says that a pope cannot contradict matters of faith and morals, something totally contradictory to this dogma with Fiducia Supplicans.
That is why the Universi Dominici Gregis points out that Benedict XVI did not renounce the Petrine Munus, required by the same constitution, when he cites the ministry in the abdication.
The logical conclusion to all of this is that Bergoglio is not pope.
