After this day of the attack on the towers, there was the approval of NATO's fifth article, which justifies actions against terrorism by countries linked to Atlanticism. We deduce thus that there was a plan elaborated before, in the example of the attack on the Towers and other false flags in the world, which is always a messianic purpose of Kabbalistic mentors to a certain end.

That is why Biden's situation is now embarrassing, because nothing can be done.
