I can't imagine the thought process of those who keep calling him Francis. Do they just assume that the Church is a human institution such that the Catholic hierarchy alone can punish or exonerate? Do they know that most of Canon Law is still human law, and that eternal law, natural law and divine positive law are above human law and does not require human intervention to apply?

I'm tired of hearing Pope Francis does such and such faithless thing. It's getting ridiculous.
