Blabber Buzz News reported that a "Secret Service agent got suspended in 2009 for a week after shoving then-Vice President Joe Biden when he cupped the agent’s girlfriend’s breasts while posing for a photo with him. The altercation escalated so fast, others had to intervene and hold back the agent who was on the verge of hitting Biden, a source who was a Secret Service agent told The Gateway Pundit":

The Secret Service confirmed a report from The Gateway Pundit that involved a sexual incident between a Secret Service agent and Biden, back in 2009.

A Secret Service agent got suspended in 2009 for a week after shoving then-Vice President Joe Biden when he cupped the agent’s girlfriend’s breasts while posing for a photo with him. The altercation escalated so fast, others had to intervene and hold back the agent who was on the verge of hitting Biden, a source who was a Secret Service agent told The Gateway Pundit.

Under anonymity, the agent feared another occurrence alike could be repeated, so they had to cancel the VP Christmas meeting at Biden’s house “because Biden would grope all of our wives and girlfriend’s asses.” The people invited to the party were Navy personnel and agents who protected the Bidens.

The Secret Service failed to respond to an administrative appeal from July, alleging the files related to the incident “had been destroyed due to retention standards.”

In the request made to the Judicial Watch’s FOIA, in May, the Secret Service applied for all the records that served as evidence.

“The records sought shall include, but not be limited to, witness statements, the Agent’s statement, victim’s statement, alleged perpetrator’s statement, incident reports, investigative reports, communications among USSS personnel regarding the incident, and disciplinary records related to the incident for the Agent in question.”

In a July 13, 2020 response to Judicial Watch’s request, it seems the Secret Service confirmed the files indeed existed, asserting “There are no responsive records or documents pertaining to your request in our files,” because “the above mentioned files have been destroyed and no additional information is available.” However, the veracity of the happening was not touched, demonstrating the fact that Biden inappropriately touching the woman’s breasts was true.

In the lawsuit, Judicial Watch wants to prove the Secret Service’s affirmation that it destroyed the proof of the episode.
