Archbishop Viganò was conditionally reconsecrated by Bishop Williamson, who is recognized as excommunicated from the Church. So that was an act, in itself, schismatic. He never denied this reconsecration; and Wikipedia reports what happened in January 2014. Viganò was consecrated bishop by the hands of a legitimate pope in 1992.

Wikipedia is a DEEP State propaganda unite for disinformation. Even you should know that.

I've heard this allegation by extreme anti-Vigano Damian Thomspon,but like you I didn't see any stolid proof.

Fred, I even understand you.

But if there is a disinformation campaign about him, then why doesn't he debunk that disinformation himself?

Why doesn't he deny Wikipedia, for example, and others who say the same thing?

He had the chance to deny this to an Italian journalist very close to him, but he didn't even do it.

The problem that creates all of this to this day is Viganò himself.

We may deepen his going to Rome someday; I think, however, in advance that all this will create more confusion in the Church.
