The Hill reported that Joe Biden appears to have a two tier house slave vs. field slave regime vision of the America with his unconstitutional vaccine mandate:
Biden’s federal vaccine mandate does not apply to Americans on welfare, illegal immigrants, members of Congress, U.S. Postal Service employees and several other groups.
This is not only unfair, but it flies in the face of Biden’s goal “to require more Americans to be vaccinated, to combat those blocking public health.”
So, per Biden’s edict, Americans who work at a company that employs more than 100 people have no choice but to get vaccinated. The same standard applies to the health care workers who have heroically put their lives on the line treating COVID-19 patients.
But for reasons unexplained, Biden refuses to mandate vaccines for the 59 million Americans who receive welfare benefits.

Candace Owens explained that the illegal immigrants are, so to speak, field slaves because they are "a new class of voters" and AP confirmed her view:

After slamming the Dems for indoctrinating Americans, Owens recently announced on her eponymous Daily Wire talk show that she would dismantle the Department of Education if she ever became president.

The US Sun let Owens show that the Democrat Party is "a deep, sinister evil" like "the slave owners":
During her appearance on "Life, Liberty & Levin," Owens raged: "I feel that the Democrat Party represents Black America like plantation owners represented slaves.
"The irony here being is that the Democrats were the slave owners [in the 1800s].
Her comments come after Biden lambasted a new Georgia state election law as "Jim Crow in the 21st Century" and publicly condemned the state's controversial changes to local election policies.
It radically changed polling laws, including tougher identification requirements to vote, restricting polling station access and it's now illegal to serve food and drinks to people queuing up to cast their votes at venues.
"They're using language, referring to things like Jim Crow. Who was the party that implemented Jim Crow in this country? It was the Democrats," Owens continued.
"That's the deep, sinister evil of the Democrat Party, that they're really just rewriting what they authored in the beginning.
"These were the slave-masters, and they understand the system better than anybody else because they wrote it. It is it is the fabric of the Democrat Party.
"They understand that an educated mind can not be enslaved," she said. "They need to make sure there are no educated minds.
