Will a Coney Barrett Supreme Court allow "Arresting People for Attending Church" by using the "Eugenics era Court that Authored Jacobson?
The Eugenics era court that authored Jacobson also approved racial segregation, praised monopolies, cheered child labor, imprisoned people for speeches, banned minimum wage laws, ordered forced sterilizations, and stripped millions of their rights based on their parents' ancestry [https://twitter.com/barnes_law/status/1437462934486200330]
Last year, Breitbart reported "Idaho Police Arrest 3 at Outdoor Church Worship":
"Officers arrested Gabriel Rench, Rachel Bohnet, and Sean Bohnet, according to Moscow Report, a local independent news outlet. A video uploaded to social media shows Bohnet, a local music teacher, and his wife telling officers they refused to comply with an inaudible order. Moscow Report says the apparent infraction is that they refused to show identification."
"Footage of the couple’s arrest shows the church body singing the hymn “Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow” as officers place them in handcuffs." Will an Amy Coney Barrett Supreme Court allow "arresting people for attending church"?
Lawyer Robert Barnes who deals in civil, criminal and constitutional law reports that "Justices Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh & Thomas... refutes and directly disagrees w/ the #Barrett pro-lockdown decision":
Read the excellent opinion by Justices Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh & Thomas, that refutes and directly disagrees w/ the #Barrett pro-lockdown decision: "it is a mistake to take language in Jacobson as the last word on what the Constitution allows." However, it appears that Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts are in agreement on the "pro-lockdown decision."
Is Barrett another Roberts who will allow "arresting people for attending church"?
On Twitter, WindTalker put it best on the irony of "the police are NOT going to protect our cities from rioting, looting and... arresting peaceful churchgoers":
Well, since the police are NOT going to protect our cities from rioting, looting and mayhem, at least arresting people for attending church gives “law” enforcement something to do. Much less work arresting peaceful churchgoers too. Such “brave” officers. twitter.com/michaelcoudrey… [https://twitter.com/mrtnzfred]ment something to do.
