"Biden is Not truly a Catholic... He was Verbally Attacking Catholic Sisters!"

Sometimes the posts in the Catholic Monitor comment section are better than many of my posts. This time the long time reader, Praypraypray, wrote a excellent comment which needed to be a posted:

Heaven knows we need solid Bishops and priests to stand up and preach the truth and deny Holy Communion to pro-abortion politicians. I just read a ridiculous article by the non-Catholic NCR yellow rag, in which they were trying to push people to vote for Biden. A joke of a quote from their article noted that Biden, “... could be on the cusp of becoming only the second Catholic president in U.S. history.”

There are two huge problems with that. First of all, Biden, who truly can rarely make a coherent statement, lately, does not stand a chance of being elected President of the USA, unless the DemocRats cheat his way to the top, so they could use him as a puppet. The other humongous problem is that Biden is not truly a Catholic. He can call himself Catholic all that he wants, but he truly should have already been excommunicated for his anti-Catholic work. His pro-abortion record is sickening. After the Little Sisters of the Poor finally won their case, so that they did not have to pay for abortions, he said he’d try to change it. He was verbally attacking Catholic sisters!

Of course, NCR people do not know what a true Catholic is. They highlight the anti-Catholic Nuns on the Bus. They should also be excommunicated. I think that NCR uses the shortened acronym for their name, since they cannot truly use the word, Catholic, as part of their name.

If the Bishops and priests would have done their job a long time ago, Biden, Pelosi, Kerry, the Nuns on the Bus, and many other pro-abortion. anti-Catholic politicians would be excommunicated by now and they certainly would Not be receiving Holy Communion. How many sacrilegious receptions of Holy Communion are they responsible for, now? How many souls have gone to hell and may go to hell, due to their negligence and lack of faith?

As Archbishop Burke noted, “...the issue had been debated enough.” Also, "This is a law of the universal Church and it should be applied." The USCCB leaders, etc. will be held accountable for their sins of omission and commission and all of the money and power in the world, will not help them when they face God.

Thanks be to God, one courageous parish priest did his duty and denied Biden Holy Communion. He did not allow any sacrilege or scandal. Solid Catholics cheered when they learned of his strong stance for Jesus. If only others would do their duty, there would not be such a mess in the world as there most certainly is today! As Pope Saint Pius X said, “All of the strength of satan’s reign is due to the easygoing weakness of Catholics.”

Pope Benedict's Vatican: Bishops Have no Choice But to Refuse Communion to Pro-Abort Politicians Like Biden

 Flashback:

ROME, January 30, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Archbishop Raymond Burke, in an exclusive interview last week, told LifeSiteNews.com that the issue of pro-abortion politicians continuing to receive Holy Communion is still one of major concern and that it is the duty of bishops to ensure that they are refused.

He told LifeSiteNews.com, "I don't understand the continual debate that goes on about it. There's not a question that a Catholic who publicly, and after admonition, supports pro-abortion legislation is not to receive Holy Communion and is not to be given Holy Communion."

"The Church's law is very clear," said Archbishop Burke, who was appointed last year by Pope Benedict XVI as the head of the Church's highest court, the Apostolic Signatura. "The person who persists publicly in grave sin is to be denied Holy Communion, and it [Canon Law] doesn't say that the bishop shall decide this. It's an absolute."

Among the US bishops directly to address the issue, Archbishop Burke was one of around a dozen who vigorously supported a directive of the Vatican that said pro-abortion Catholic politicians "must be refused" Holy Communion if they attempt to receive at Mass. Others have refused to abide by the Vatican instruction and the Church's own Code of Canon Law, saying they would rather focus on "education" of such politicians.

Archbishop Burke called "nonsense" the accusation, regularly made by some bishops, that refusing Holy Communion "makes the Communion rail a [political] battle ground". In fact, he said, the precise opposite is true. The politician who insists on being seen receiving Holy Communion, despite his opposition to the Church's central teachings, is using that reception for political leverage.

In 2004, when self-proclaimed Catholic and candidate for the Democrat party, Sen. John Kerry, was frequently photographed receiving Holy Communion despite his vigorous support of abortion, the US Bishops Conference issued a document which said only that it is up to individual bishops whether to implement the Church's code of Canon Law and refuse Communion. The issue has remained prominent with the appointment of Joe Biden, another pro-abortion Catholic politician, as Vice President of the United States of America.

Archbishop Burke recalled previous experiences with Kerry, pointing to the several occasions when the senator was pictured in Time magazine receiving Communion from Papal representatives at various public events. Burke said that it is clear that Kerry was using his reception of Holy Communion to send a message.

"He wants to not only receive Holy Communion from a bishop but from the papal representative. I think that's what his point was. Get it in Time magazine, so people read it and say to themselves, 'He must be in good standing'."

"What are they doing? They're using the Eucharist as a political tool."

In refusing, far from politicising the Eucharist, the Church is returning the matter to its religious reality. The most important reasons to refuse, he said, are pastoral and religious in nature.

"The Holy Eucharist, the most sacred reality of our life in the Church, has to be protected against sacrilege. At the same time, individuals have to be protected for the sake of their own salvation from committing one of the gravest sins, namely to receive Holy Communion unworthily."

Archbishop Burke also dismissed the commonly proffered excuse that such politicians need more "education". Speaking from his own direct experience, he said that Catholic politicians who are informed by their pastors or bishops that their positions in support of pro-abortion legislation makes it impossible for them to receive Holy Communion, "I've always found that they don't come forward."

"When you talk to these people, they know," he said. "They know what they're doing is very wrong. They have to answer to God for that, but why through our pastoral negligence add on to that, that they have to answer to God for who knows how many unworthy receptions of Holy Communion?"

Archbishop Burke said that the issue had been debated enough. He rejected the idea that the matter should be left to the US Conference of Catholic Bishops, saying the Conference has no authority in the matter. "This is a law of the universal Church and it should be applied."

"I think this argument too is being used by people who don't want to confront the issue, this whole 'wait 'til the Conference decides'...well the Conference has been discussing this since at least 2004. And nothing happens."

When asked what the solution was, he responded, "Individual bishops and priests simply have to do their duty. They have to confront politicians, Catholic politicians, who are sinning gravely and publicly in this regard. And that's their duty.

"And if they carry it out, not only can they not be reproached for that, but they should be praised for confronting this situation."

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Mass and the Church as well as for the Triumph of the Kingdom of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Thanks Frank for this post. We Catholics must step out of our comfort zone to examine our past and speak frankly for the sake of souls. The scandals are sending millions to hell.

Conferences of Bishops, Synodal Way, New Ways Ministry, Charismatic Movement all going their own way far from the Word of God. VII opened the windows & doors of the OHCA Church to infidels, schismatics, climate changers, depopulation proponents, abortionists, contraception pushers, sodomites simoniacal bishops, sacrilege, idolatry &, of course, Francis the Destroyer.

Since its inception VII has spiritually killed the Catholic Faith by enforcing this Non- Dogmatic Pastoral Council upon the Universal Church. Our Altars, Mass of Ages, HC Rails, Confessionals, Stations of the Cross were all ditched because non-Catholic attendees at that Council didn’t like them – they weren’t pc friendly so in the name of false ecumenism they had to go. Our NO Protestant Mass had to be said in the vernacular so that the congregation could actively join in & lay people must now read the Lessons & distribute HC. Priests were allowed to bring their guitars on the altar & play “hymns” to pop music while those of the Lavender variety got to to dress up in rainbow coloured vestments.

Out of this chaos came Biden, Kaine, Kerry, Cuomo, De Blasio (formerly Warren Wilhelm Jr.), Pedro Sanchez, & their enablers in sin Francis, Dolan, Cupich, Marx, Nichols, Maradiaga, Pineda, Bonny, Dew, nighty night Tobin, Farrell etc. etc. not forgetting Ex Card. McCarrick, the Martins (Diarmuid & James), Daniel Horan, Capozzi, Victor Fernandez the kisser & tons more.

Is it any wonder that corrupt politicians & billionaires alike feel emboldened to present themselves to receive HC in defiance of the long kept rules applying to one’s soul’s state of grace. Cardinal Burke may bemoan this situation but he must also accept that the present incumbent of the PO was un-canonically elected to that Office (ref. St. Francis of Assisi) & not one member of the College of Cardinals has requested a full investigation of the circumstances (extra vote, electioneering, PBXVI’s invalid resignation leading to a bifurcation of the PO which does not accord with the Canons). At this belated stage we should all be seeking answers & putting pressure on those who can & must deliver them.
Great article....however, if this is news to anyone, they're one of those about whom Bishop Sheen said: don't know enough about their faith to intelligently reject it

"Exorcist Fr. Ripperger is asking everyone to say this Prayer until the Election is Resolved"

A good friend of the Catholic Monitor got this from a group message. She said "exorcist Fr. Chad Ripperger is asking everyone to say this prayer until the election is resolved": Prayer of Command In His Name and by the power of His Cross and Blood, I ask Jesus to bind any evil spirits, forces and powers of the earth, air, fire, or water, of the netherworld and the satanic forces of nature.  By the power of the Holy Spirit and by His authority, I ask Jesus Christ to break any curses, hexes, or spells and send them back to where they came from, if it be His Holy Will.  I beseech Thee Lord Jesus to protect us by pouring Thy Precious Blood on us (my family, etc.), which Thou hast shed for us and I ask Thee to command that any departing spirits leave quietly, without disturbance, and go straight to Thy Cross to dispose of as Thou sees fit.  I ask Thee to bind any demonic interaction, interplay, or communications.  I place N. High-profile Lawyer Barnes: Amy Coney Barrett would be a Disaster

High-profile trial lawyer Robert Barnes who deals in civil, criminal and constitutional law reported on Twitter that Amy Coney Barrett would be a disaster. The Barnes Twitter report shows that Coney Barrett has " sid[ed] with the government on the lockdowns, on uncompensated takings, on excusing First Amendment infringements & Fourth Amendment violations... The Avvo.com lawyer directory reports that attorney "Robert Barnes embraces the challenge to defend the little guy and stand up for what is right. If Kamala Harris' Father is part White & part Jamaican African and her Mother is Asian-Indian then is she really Black?

Is Joe Biden's running mate really Black? If Kamala Harris' father is part white and part Jamaican African and her mother is Asian-Indian then is she really Black? Reason.com tries to figure it out: Kamala Harris, Joe Biden's pick to be the Democratic Party's vice-presidential nominee, is the daughter of an Indian immigrant mother and a Jamaican immigrant father. Her father, as I understand it, has ancestors of both European and African origin. [Welcome new Volokh readers. FYI, I've been working on a book on the American Law of Race, with this forthcoming article the first relevant output. My own opinion is that Ms. Harris should be deemed American, period, but there is no such box on government forms, and if you decline to state your race, someone will decide for you… First things first. There is no multiracial or mixed-race category in American law in any jurisdiction. Nor is there an Indian category. So Harris cannot be legally Indian, nor can she b
