Now that Benedict is out of the Francis Vatican in Germany, will he Explain the Resignation & the Fatima Consecration?

Today, From Rome reported that Pope Benedict XVI with a "[Vatican] police escort" has left Francis' Vatican for Germany to be with his "sick brother."
Furthermore, the report said "there [should]... be a mob of reporters and photographers descending upon the city" to possibly personally question Benedict on the validity of his resignation and the Catholic Monitor also hopes they will inquire on Fatima and the consecration:
Rome Italy, 2:45 PM, une 18, 2020: CNA German edition is reporting moments ago that Pope Benedict XVI has left the Vatican. The reason for his visit is officially to visit his sick brother Georg, who is said to be in a bad state of health.
(Update at 6:00 P.M. Rome Time)
The Corriere della Sera, one of the leading Left wing newspapers of Milan, has confirmed the report, writing:
Which in English is:Ratzinger è accompagnato dal segretario particolare, l’arcivescovo Georg Gänswein, e da medico, un infermiere, una delle memores domini — le religiose laiche che ne hanno cura nel monastero vaticano Mater Ecclesiae — e dal vicecomandante della Gendarmeria vaticana.
Ratzinger is accompanied by his special secretary, Archbishop George Gänswein, and by a doctor, a nurse, one of the Memores Domini — lay religious women who have the care of him in the Vatican Monaster of Mater Ecclesiae — and by the vice-commandant of the Vatican Gendarmeria (Vatican Police).
This detail is ominous. Only prisoners
travel with police escort. The Corriera della Sera adds that the Pope
landed at 11:45 A.M. in the morning (UTC +2) and is staying at the
Seminary of the Diocese of Regensburg as the guest of the Bishop, Rudolf
Voderholzer.
(end update at 6 PM Rome time)
In the last seven years since his
renunciation of ministry, he has rarely left the Vatican precints, and
then only for a visit no further than Castle Gandolfo.
The momentous decision to travel to Germany shows at least the very great love he has for his only surviving sibling.
It is presumed that Pope Benedict XVI is
residing in Regensberg in the vicinity of his brother. And, no need to
say it, but if the world is still sane, there will be a mob of reporters
and photographers descending upon the city as we speak.

The From Rome article speculated that Benedict's resignation was" motivated [by]... consent to the pressures of the St. Gallen Mafia out of fear for his brother’s safety."
Moreover, Catholic pundits have suspected that many public statements by Benedict are little more than press releases from Francis' Vatican which some are calling Francis' Benedict Bot.
Francis and the Vatican as the pundits say can't be trusted as proven by Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, Lettergate, the Chinese Vatican betrayal deal, the Bergoglio Argentine sex-abuse cover-ups dating to when he was a archbishop to the present Bishop Gustavo Zanchetta case and I could keep going, but you get the idea.
If there are a "mob of reporters" near the Germany residence of Benedict, here are 5 questions that need to be asked:
1. Viganò and the evidence has apparently proven that Francis covered-up for ex-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick's sex abuse. Do you demand with Viganò that Francis resign? Answer: yes or no.
2. In reference to the possibility of Francis resigning, Cardinal Walter Kasper and canon law expert Nicholas Cafardi said "a political faction" attempting "a forced resignation would be invalid."
It is known that three Cardinals made a "300 page dossier" of Vatican sexual homosexual deviancy that was paired with financial irregularities tied to Vatileaks orchestrated by the allied financially corrupt Vatican Old Guard diplomats and the Vatican sexually corrupt Gay Lobby that led to your resignation.
Do you admit that the aforementioned "political factions" orchestrated and caused or forced your resignation? Answer: yes or no.
3. Bishop René Gracida has convincingly demonstrated that there is valid evidence that Pope John Paul II's conclave constitution "Universi Dominici Gregis" which "prescribe[d]... [the] method for the election of his successor(s)" was violated and must be investigated by Cardinals.
Do you admit that the Cardinals need to investigate the conclave? Answer: yes or no.
4. Respected Catholic scholar Dr. Peter Kwasniewski in reviewing the Antonio Socci book "The Secret of Benedict XVI: Is he still Pope?" said: "Socci['s]... careful analysis... above all, the interpretation [of] canon lawyers... argue that the resignation lacks several conditions for validity."
Do you admit that you need to do a new resignation which is unarguably and incontrovertibly valid? Answer: yes or no.
5. Your long time friend and colleague Cardinal Walter Brandmuller said "Whoever thinks that persistent adultery and reception of Holy Communion are compatible is a heretic and promotes schism."
Since Francis endorses "that persistent adultery and reception of Holy Communion are compatible" with his Argentine letter and since his Vatican calls the letter "authentic magisterium," do you admit that Francis is "a heretic and promotes schism"? Answer: yes or no.
Moreover, scholar Antonio Socci apparently may be saying that Benedict needs to consecrate Russia as Our Lady of Fatima requested.
The respected Catholic scholar Dr. Peter Kwasniewski in reviewing the Socci book "The Secret of Benedict XVI: Is he still Pope?" said:
"Socci['s]... careful analysis... above all, the interpretation [of] canon lawyers... argue that the resignation lacks several conditions for validity."
In the last page of the book, Socci's "careful analysis" of the lack of Benedict XVI's "resignation... validity" brings him to the conclusion that we must:
"United to Pope Benedict."
In Twitter on July 26, Socci wrote:
"Bergoglio... is dismantling the Catholic Church."
The world renowned Fatima expert Socci at the end of the book revealed that a little known "document" quotes Fatima Seer Jacinta Marto "speaking about":
"[T]he 'end of the world' if people 'do not do penance and change their lives.'"
(The Secret of Benedict XVI, Page 152)
The book on page 155 says "at Fatima there was great insistence on RUSSIA, on CONSECRATION":
"[A]t Fatima there was great insistence on Russia, on consecration and conversion of Russia. [Fatima seer] Sister Lucia said, in the dialogue of 1957, that "Russia will be the instrument to punish the entire world..."
"Here, then, is the greatness of the design of Benedict XVI: in an insane historical moment."
Is Socci saying Pope Benedict needs to consecrate Russia?
The greatest exorcist of our time said Pope John Paul II wanted to consecrate Russia by name but did not do so as Our Lady of Fatima asked:
"Fr. Gabriele Amorth, who at the time was the chief exorcist of Rome [said]. 'I was there on March 25 [1984] in St. Peter's Square; I was in the front row, practically within touching distance of the Holy Father... John Paul II wanted to consecrate Russia, but his entourage did not...'"
"'... His Holiness consecrated the world on his knees, he added a sentence not included in the distributed version that instead said to consecrate 'especially those nations of which you yourself [Our Lady of Fatima] have asked for their consecration.' So, indirectly, this included Russia. However, a specific consecration has not yet been made.'"
(Church Militant, "Pope John Paul II Wanted To Consecrate Russia by Name But Didn't," May 23, 2017)
This is my conjecture formed obviously on incomplete information on the mind of Socci, however I assume he knows the importance of the consecration and knows that Russia hasn't been consecrated by name. With these assumptions, it seems it could be possible that Socci may be implying that the "end of the world" may be near if the Pope doesn't consecrate Russia by name as John Paul II failed to do.
It is obvious who he thinks is the pope as he said in the last page of his book. He said that we Catholics must be:
"United to Pope Benedict."
Our Lady of Fatima asked for four specific things:
1. Stop sinning and do penance
2. Pray the rosary, particularly praying much for the Holy Father, the bishops and priests
3. Make the 5 first Saturdays in reparation for sins against the Immaculate Heart of Mary
4. The pope was to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate heart - a request that she specifically requested of Sr. Lucy at Tuy, Spain on June 13, 1929.
(cultul: http://catholicmonitor.blogspot.com/2019/08/is-socci-implying-end-of-world-is-near.html)
Pray an Our Father now for the Our Lady of Fatima's requests to be fulfilled. Jacinta said we must do penance and change our lives. Offer the sacrifice of praying more and going to Mass more as well as fasting more at least in very small ways, without neglecting or interfering with your state in life, for the pope to consecrate Russia by name and for the restoration of the Mass and the Church.
Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Mass and the Church as well as for the Triumph of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

You ask: Now that Benedict is out of the Francis Vatican in Germany, will he Explain the Resignation & the Fatima Consecration?
No chance w papal minder and antipapal spy Gänswein there. His whole raison d'être at this point in his illustrious career working for the Homosexual Network Strangling the Church is precisely to keep Pope Benedict safely under wraps. One more slip--like the April 22, 2019 Papal Apostolic Exhortation tabbing homosexuality among the bishops and seminaries as the cause of the Church's pederasty problem, or like the Priestly Celibacy Defense and Book Kerfluffle--and Gänswein's toast. To Siberia! Or maybe Oran, Argentina.
On the bright side, at least now God is free to destroy Rome without any collateral damage.
This is also a very good post which I really enjoyed reading. It is not every day that I have the possibility to see something like this.
Forced resignation
