Is Francis Excommunicated according to Canon 1364?

Does the present Catholic Church Code of Canon Law excommunicate Francis for his explicit heresy of allowing Communion for adulterers?

The Vatican.va website states:

"Can. 1364 §1. Without prejudice to the prescript of can. 194, §1 , n. 2 an apostate from the faith, a heretic, or a schismatic incurs a latae sententiae excommunication; in addition, a cleric can be punished with the penalties mentioned in can. 1336, §1, nn. 1, 2, and 3."
(www. vatican.va, Code of Canon Law - Book VI - Sanctions in the Church (Cann. 1364-1399))

Canon law expert Br. Alexis Bugnolo tipped the Catholic Monitor to canon 1364 in the comment section and stated:

"I do not know why it is that since 2013 no one wants to cite Canon Law, have we all become anomians [lawless ones]."

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Church.

The error most Catholics make is that we cannot know anything unless it has been adjudicated in a Tribunal; declared by a Conclave of Cardinals.

If the Pope says sodomy is a reflection of Divine love - then it is so.

If the Pope says Pachamama is Our Lady - then it is so.

If the Pope says Wicca is Divine worship - then it is so.

If the Pope says all religions are God’s will and gloriously diverse paths to heaven - then it is so.

If the Pope says Jesus was not God - then it is so.

If the Pope says there is no Hell - then it is so.

If the Pope says the Papacy is now a shared Synodal ministry among experts - then it is so.

We cannot know anything unless it is judged for us by the Pope and Bishops in union with him. If they change everything - then it is so.

If apostasy is faithfulness - then it is so.

They decide. We follow. Wherever they go, we go.

Not me. One thing I know - I follow Jesus.

Are you not just questioning the validity of the Francis papacy, but the validity of Vatican l?

I don’t have any solid answers, but I have a lot of questions... However, I find this prophecy by Saint Francis of Assisi most interesting!
.........
“At the time of this tribulation a man, not canonically elected, will be raised to the Pontificate, who, by his cunning, will endeavour to draw many into error and death. Then scandals will be multiplied, our Order will be divided, and many others will be entirely destroyed, because they will consent to error instead of opposing it.

“There will be such diversity of opinions and schisms among the people, the religious and the clergy, that, except those days were shortened, according to the words of the Gospel, even the elect would be led into error, were they not specially guided, amid such great confusion, by the immense mercy of God….

“Those who persevere in their fervor and adhere to virtue with love and zeal for the truth, will suffer injuries and persecutions as rebels and schismatics; for their persecutors, urged on by the evil spirits, will say they are rendering a great service to God by destroying such pestilent men from the face of the earth…

“Some preachers will keep silent about the truth, and others will trample it under foot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them, not a true Pastor, but a destroyer.”

5 Dubia Questions for 1P5's Steve Skojec & All faithful Catholics especially Francis is definitely Pope Cardinals, Bishops & pundits

Here are five really short and easy to answer dubia questions which hopefully aren't too complicated for Steve Skojec, publisher of the One Peter Five website, to answer. To make it really easy for the publisher of One Peter Five it has been formatted so that he only has to answer: yes or no. 1. Doctor of the Church St. Francis de Sales said "The Pope... when he is explicitly a heretic... the Church must either deprive him or as some say declare him deprived of his Apostolic See." Was St. Francis de Sales a Sedevacantist or a Benevacantist? Answer: yes or no. 2. "Universal Acceptance" theologian John of St. Thomas said "This man in particular lawfully elected and accepted by the Church is the supreme pontiff." Was John of St. Thomas for saying "the supreme pontiff" must be BOTH "lawfully elected and accepted by the Church" a Sedevacantist or a Benevacantist? Answer: yes or no. 3. Do you think that a "supreme pontiff...

UPDATE: Fr. Ripperger's Prayer Recommendation for the Election: He Calls It "The Most Efficatious Prayer in Crushing Diabolical Influence In the Area of Oppression"!

During a recent interview on the Grace Force Podcast on YouTube, Exorcist Fr. Chad Ripperger   provided updated information that the prayers he officially recommends  for the laity to say with regard to the election, President Trump and our country  are the two  prayers posted below.  https://youtu.be/UKrLr4jW0Eo First of all, it is very important to start by saying that the usual means of receiving merit and graces are of paramount importance. That is, remain in a state of grace, recite the rosary daily, attend Mass as frequently as possible, receiving frequent communion, and frequent confession.  Father Ripperger mentions that we should offer all these things up and ultimately to be praying for an "honest, fair, and just election"..."and "for Trump's protection."  He references his book,  Deliverance Prayers: for Use by the Laity,  and states, "there is a prayer, and this is the one that I'm going to recommend because it's the one...
