Video: "Overcome the Fear" [My take is Ignatian Spirituality: "Fear voice" is whispers of the enemy vs. Voice of Jesus is "truth voice"]..."Truth voice is quiet and calm. It feels like a subtle knowing, not a panicked screaming...If something bad actually was going to happen, it wouldn't scare you. If it was coming from your intuition, it would feel much more neutral...without any stress or anxiety [unlike "fear voice"]...It's not actually true [if "magnifies fear"]. If you're going to predict the future, you might as well predict one that you actually want to experience [& pray]"

Truth three is that the fear voice is not accurate. There are two voices inside your head, and learning the difference between them is everything. The first is the fear voice. The fear voice comes from your survival brain. It is loud. It is frantic, and it catastrophizes. It says things like, You're never going to get better. Tomorrow is going to be a disaster. Something is seriously wrong with you. It speaks in worst case scenarios. The second is the truth voice. This comes from your intuition. The truth voice is quiet and calm. It feels like a subtle knowing, not a panicked screaming. And here's how you can tell the difference in the moment. If something bad actually was going to happen, it wouldn't scare you. If it was coming from your intuition, it would feel much more neutral, with less emotion tied to it. It would feel more like a fact, without any stress or anxiety. The stress and anxiety that you feel is the fear voice coming from the survival brain, which is just not giving you reliable information. It is giving you worst case scenarios designed to keep you on high alert, because your brain has learned to stay on high alert at night. So the next time that fear voice pops up at 2 a.m. telling you that everything is falling apart, just recognize it for what it is. That is just your survival brain being overprotective. It doesn't mean any of it is true. You are not your fear voice. You are the one observing it, and that awareness alone starts to take away its power. Now that you know about the fear voice, let's get specific about what it's actually saying. Truth four is that you're not really afraid of not sleeping, because you're not really afraid of just lying in bed with your...

... What you're actually afraid of is what you think will happen next: having a terrible day, if it will impact your health, affecting your performance at work, being stuck like this forever. So take a second to identify what you're actually afraid of and tell me in the comments, because any time you catch this fear, you're going to remind yourself that that is just the fear voice. It's not actually true. If you're going to predict the future, you might as well predict one that you actually want to experience, because your brain is going to believe whatever story you tell it. So make it a good one [and pray].

Google AI overview:
In Ignatian spiritualityanxiety is viewed as a form of spiritual desolation—a turbulent state of mind that pulls you away from God, hope, and love. Conversely, consolation or inner calm represents God’s presence, bringing peace, quiet trust, and clarity. [123]
Understanding Anxiety (Desolation)
  • Distorted reality: St. Ignatius taught that anxiety often magnifies fears, making worries feel like absolute truths when they are mostly in our heads. [12]
  • No major choices: He advised never making major changes or decisions while experiencing anxiety, because your perspective is clouded and defensive. [1]
  • Spiritual turbulence: Anxiety creates a restless "noise" that mimics an internal committee, draining your energy and disconnecting you from the present moment. [1]
Cultivating Calm (Consolation)

Could Francis be an Antipope even though the Majority of Cardinals claim he is Pope?

Is it possible for someone to be an antipope even though the majority of cardinals claim he is pope? The case of Antipope Anacletus II proves that it is possible for a majority of cardinals to claim a man is pope while he, in reality, is an antipope. In 1130, a majority of cardinals voted for Cardinal Peter Pierleone to be pope. He called himself Anacletus II. He was proclaimed pope and ruled Rome for eight years by vote and consent of a absolute majority of the cardinals despite the fact he was a antipope. In 1130, just prior to the election of antipope Anacletus, a small minority of cardinals elected the real pope: Pope Innocent II. How is this possible? St. Bernard said "the 'sanior pars' (the wiser portion)... declared in favor of Innocent II. By this he probably meant a majority of the cardinal-bishops." (St. Bernard of Clairvaux by Leon Christiani, Page 72) Again, how is this possible when the absolute majority of cardinals voted for A...

A Hour which will Live in Infamy: 10:01pm November 3, 2020

10:01pm November 3, 2020, a hour which will live in infamy, the United States of America presidential electoral integrity was suddenly and deliberately attacked by the forces of the Democrat Machine and some corrupt collaborators within the Republican Party. It will be recorded that "under the pretense of COVID, executive branch officials across a number of key battleground states violated election procedures passed by the legislative branches of those states in a number of ways that opened up the process to fraud on a massive scale, never before seen in the history of this country" which makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks before. During the time before and after the attack the Democrat Machine and its corrupt collaborators in the Media have deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.  The attack on United States has caused severe damage to the Ameri...

If Francis is a Heretic, What should Canonically happen to him?

Did Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger (the future Pope Benedict XVI) say that Francis is a heretic ?   On June 3, 2003 the then Cardinal Ratzinge r (and future Pope Benedict) , head of the Congregation for the Faith, said that the endorsement of  " homosex civil unions" was against Catholic teaching, that is heterodoxy : "Those who would move from tolerance to the legitimatization of specific rights for cohabiting homosexual persons need to be reminded that the approval or legalization of evil is something far different from the toleration of evil... The Church teaches that respect for homosexual persons cannot lead in any way to approval of homosexual behavior or to legal recognition of homosexual unions ." (Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, "Considerations Regarding Proposals to give Legal Recognition to Unions between Homosexual Persons," June 3, 2003) Gloria.tv reported: " Francis made on October 21 his latest declaration in sup...
