@MattGaspers...this week, Pope Leo quoted approvingly from the Abu Dhabi declaration...& made no correction of its heretical claim that “[t]he pluralism and the diversity of religions … are willed by God...

Sadly, Pope Leo XIV has wasted no time putting his “complete commitment” to Vatican II into action (x.com/MattGaspers/st). Earlier this week, he met with representatives of various other religions and spoke highly of his predecessors’ interreligious efforts, particularly those of his immediate predecessor: vatican.va/content/leo-xi “One of the strong emphases of Pope Francis’ pontificate was that of universal fraternity. In this regard the Holy Spirit really ‘urged’ him to advance with great strides the initiatives already undertaken by previous Pontiffs, especially since Saint John XXIII. The Pope of Fratelli Tutti promoted both the ecumenical path and interreligious dialogue. He did so above all by cultivating interpersonal relations, in such a way that, without taking anything away from ecclesial bonds, the human trait of the encounter was always valued. May God help us to treasure his witness!” Let us recall that Fratelli Tutti (2020), which was itself based on the Abu Dhabi declaration (signed by Francis in 2019; cf. FT, 5), contains this problematic statement (among others): “Others drink from other sources.” As Archbishop observed following the publication of the encyclical, “The only source from which it is possible to drink is Our Lord Jesus Christ, through the one Church that He has established for the salvation of souls. Those who try to quench their thirst from other sources do not quench their thirst and almost certainly poison themselves.” lifesitenews.com/blogs/abp-viga In his remarks this week, Pope Leo quoted approvingly from the Abu Dhabi declaration (aka Document on Human Fraternity) and made no correction of its heretical claim that “[t]he pluralism and the diversity of religions … are willed by God in His wisdom, through which He created human beings.” (And yes, there is a direct link between DHF and Vatican II, as demonstrated here: catholicfamilynews.com/blog/2023/04/2.) Pope Leo also highlighted Vatican II’s Nostra Aetate, stating, “The theological dialogue between Christians and Jews remains ever important and close to my heart. Even in these difficult times, marked by conflicts and misunderstandings, it is necessary to continue the momentum of this precious dialogue of ours.” (Thus, it seems the telegram posted by could indeed be authentic: x.com/AJCGlobal/stat.) Does Pope Leo maintain, as did Francis’s Vatican, that “the Catholic Church neither conducts nor supports any specific institutional mission work directed towards Jews”? (Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity, “The Gifts and the Calling of God are Irrevocable,” n. 40; christianunity.va/content/unitac.) Sadly, it would appear so. And regarding dialogue with Muslims, Pope Leo said the approach outlined in Nostra Aetate, one “based on based on mutual respect and freedom of conscience, is a solid foundation for building bridges between our communities.” (The only “solid foundation” and true bridge, of course, is conversion to Christ and His one true Church.) “Now is the time for dialogue and building bridges,” he said. “I am therefore pleased and grateful for the presence of representatives of other religious traditions, who share the search for God and His will, which is always and only the will of love and life for men and women and for all creatures.” Respectfully, Your Holiness, Catholics do not “share the search for God” with members of false religions. By His grace, we already know Him and abide in Him. As for His will, first and foremost, it is for our sanctification in Him (cf. 1 Thess. 4:3). For my part, I agree completely with Bishop Athanasius Schneider: “The root of the current religious indifferentism, or theory of the alleged divinely-willed character of other religions, is to be found in some ambiguous phrases of the documents of the Second Vatican Council — especially in its Declaration on the Church’s Relation to Non-Christian Religions, Nostra Aetate. … Also ambiguous is the already-mentioned statement from Lumen Gentium n. 16, which says that we Catholics and the Muslims together adore the one God (‘nobiscum Deus adorant’). The other root, which we also mentioned, is to be found in the affirmation of Dignitatis Humanae that the choice even of a false religion — including the worship of the ‘supreme divinity’ (DH, n. 4) — is a natural right of the human person (‘in ipsa eius natura’: DH, n. 2).” — Christus Vincit: Christ’s Triumph Over the Darkness of the Age (2019), p. 95; angelicopress.com/products/chris Thus, I repeat: our optimism about Pope Leo XIV should be cautious (and at this point, I would add very cautious). We must pray for him, specifically, the Prayer for Imploring Holy Popes: gloriadei.io/holy-popes-pra

Today, we have a prime example of why our optimism about Pope Leo XIV should be cautious. During his address to the College of Cardinals this morning, the new Pope called upon the princes of the Church to “renew” with him their “complete commitment to the path that the universal

Pray an Our Father now for reparation for the sins committed because of Francis’s Amoris Laetitia.

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Church.

Stop for a moment of silence, ask Jesus Christ what He wants you to do now and next. In this silence remember God, Father, Son and Holy Ghost – Three Divine Persons yet One God, has an ordered universe where you can know truth and falsehood as well as never forget that He wants you to have eternal happiness with Him as his son or daughter by grace. Make this a practice. By doing this you are doing more good than reading anything here or anywhere else on the Internet.

According to Wernz-Vidal: "Those who are barred as incapable of being validly elected are all women, children who have not reached the age of reason; also, those afflicted with habitual insanity, the unbaptized, HERETICS, schismatics…" (Jus Canonicum 1:415;).

Francis Notes:

– Doctor of the Church St. Francis de Sales totally confirmed beyond any doubt the possibility of a heretical pope and what must be done by the Church in such a situation:

“[T]he Pope… WHEN he is EXPLICITLY a heretic, he falls ipso facto from his dignity and out of the Church, and the Church MUST either deprive him, or, as some say, declare him deprived, of his Apostolic See.”
(The Catholic Controversy, by St. Francis de Sales, Pages 305-306)

Saint Robert Bellarmine, also, said “the Pope heretic is not deposed ipso facto, but must be declared deposed by the Church.”

5 Dubia Questions for 1P5's Steve Skojec & All faithful Catholics especially Francis is definitely Pope Cardinals, Bishops & pundits

Here are five really short and easy to answer dubia questions which hopefully aren't too complicated for Steve Skojec, publisher of the One Peter Five website, to answer. To make it really easy for the publisher of One Peter Five it has been formatted so that he only has to answer: yes or no. 1. Doctor of the Church St. Francis de Sales said "The Pope... when he is explicitly a heretic... the Church must either deprive him or as some say declare him deprived of his Apostolic See." Was St. Francis de Sales a Sedevacantist or a Benevacantist? Answer: yes or no. 2. "Universal Acceptance" theologian John of St. Thomas said "This man in particular lawfully elected and accepted by the Church is the supreme pontiff." Was John of St. Thomas for saying "the supreme pontiff" must be BOTH "lawfully elected and accepted by the Church" a Sedevacantist or a Benevacantist? Answer: yes or no. 3. Do you think that a "supreme pontiff...

UPDATE: Fr. Ripperger's Prayer Recommendation for the Election: He Calls It "The Most Efficatious Prayer in Crushing Diabolical Influence In the Area of Oppression"!

During a recent interview on the Grace Force Podcast on YouTube, Exorcist Fr. Chad Ripperger   provided updated information that the prayers he officially recommends  for the laity to say with regard to the election, President Trump and our country  are the two  prayers posted below.  https://youtu.be/UKrLr4jW0Eo First of all, it is very important to start by saying that the usual means of receiving merit and graces are of paramount importance. That is, remain in a state of grace, recite the rosary daily, attend Mass as frequently as possible, receiving frequent communion, and frequent confession.  Father Ripperger mentions that we should offer all these things up and ultimately to be praying for an "honest, fair, and just election"..."and "for Trump's protection."  He references his book,  Deliverance Prayers: for Use by the Laity,  and states, "there is a prayer, and this is the one that I'm going to recommend because it's the one...
