After a 23-year-old man died allegedly due to Bill Gates promoting a "false narrative that the vaccine is completely safe and also owing to the compliance requirement set by the Railways that only double vaccinated people would be allowed to travel", murder charges were filed against Bill Gates " and his partner Adar Poonawalla and other Government officials" according to the Indian Bar Association:

Petitioner has sought prosecution of AstraZeneca’s (Covishield) manufacturer Bill Gates, his partner Adar Poonawalla and other Government officials and leaders involved in the murder of a 23 year old man, who lost his life because of vaccination. The deceased took the Covishield vaccine by believing in the false narrative that the vaccine is completely safe and also owing to the compliance requirement set by the Railways that only double vaccinated people would be allowed to travel.

The Government of India’s AEFI (Adverse Event Following Immunisation) Committee has recently admitted that the death of Dr.SnehalLunawat,was due to side effects of the Covishield vaccine. The said report has exposed the falsity of the claim made by vaccine syndicatethat vaccines are totally safe.

Petitioner has claimed Rs. 1000 crores ($ 134 million USD) compensation and has asked for interim compensation of Rs. 100 crores ($ 13.4 million USD).

When I resigned my position with my employer of 30 years, I reminded senior management with a series of letters of the legal and humanitarian risk in their chosen business pathway. They elected, in exchange for a relatively minor government contract, to accept the deal that came with it: vaccinate everyone employee or Fire those who refuse - 100% compliance for those who remain.

I reminded them that in this exchange they accepted sole legal and financial liability for those who were forced to take the experimental substance against their will, I order to keep their job and provide for their families. That is coercion.

Pharma is immune from liability.

Government is immune from liability.

My company is not immune from liability.

When one employee, much less a few, many, or a lot of employees, are significantly and permanently injured, they or their surviving families will be looking for redress of injury, suffering, earning potential, much less the punitive damages sought by those who are rightfully angry and looking to punish those responsible. And the only place they can go for relief? The Company that mandated the jab. Everyone else is protected. The Company is screwed. I told them that I fear for their survival because just a few claims can potentially bankrupt them. We have 17,000 employees. Some of them will be looking for redress. Normally, they do a good job of mitigating legal exposure. In this case, they are wide open to it. I think politics caused them to lose sight of pure business ideals.

That may be why some are pulling back from the abyss - they see the growing numbers of the fallen ... at their command, by their orders, under their legal responsibility.

Payback is coming for these sanctimonious people. I yearn for the day I can see Bill Gates' smug mug in the dock with his fellow co-religionists as the world stands in full unity and anger against those responsible for the coming calamity.
