Pope Francis is tottering on the precipice of Hell.

None of this means he isn't the pope, and such talk among the laity is scandalous in its own right. Not a single cardinal in that 2013 conclave has come out and said the election was rigged and Bergoglio isn't the pope, that he is in fact an anti-pope.

If he is, a future pope can declare that, when Jorge Bergoglio will no longer be a pope. But if the very men gathered in conclave haven't made that public accusation, anyone who is suggesting that better take into account that they too will have to give an account of themselves to Almighty God when they die.

Such talk adds to the scandal of the "little ones," the simple, even potential converts, who, when they hear big-mouth Catholics on social media saying he's not really the pope, draw back from approaching the Church. Do any of us desire to stand in front Our Blessed Lord as the Supreme Judge and explain why, in our desire for more clicks, we drove people away from the Church by planting serious doubts in their minds — that we became the stumbling block for them in never receiving the Body and Blood of Lord Jesus Christ?

You know, one of the reasons people distrust mainstream news is because they do not put out news and information. Instead, the mainstream news' primary function is to manipulate. To control. To push the emotions of the masses. Mainstream news is the Pravda of the empire.

And yet, sadly, CMTV have become this very thing. More interested in manipulating the people, rather than simply being truthful with them. Hit pieces and gaslighting. What I have never understood, and have never heard addressed by the Francis-Is-Indubitably-The-Pope types is as follows: if the lowly laypeople are incompetent to determine papal validity, then why isn't Michael, in his own estimation, endangering his immortal soul by affirming Bergoglio as Pope? If you can't know who isn't the Pope, how can you know who is? Or are even laypeople capable of, and responsible for, reading UD Gregis independently and comparing it against established facts? Voris and his ilk can't have their cake and eat it, too. If CM considers itself disqualified from saying who the Pope isn't, they should be considered disqualified where the affirmation of papal validity is concerned as well.

This isn't to say that laypeople can declare a pope invalidly elected or deposed, but that laypeople can and must express their valid concerns to those whose competence and indeed responsibility it is. To argue that laypeople qua laypeople are not permitted by the Church to use their own eyes and ears and minds is revolting. Does CM apply this same standard to other issues--such as, for instance, clerical sexual abuse? No, it does not. Applying the Voris Francis-Is-Indubitably-The,-Pope standard across the board, CM would have to insist that, unless you are a bishop or a prosecutor, you must consider every ordained man or other suspect as absolutely squeaky clean, unless and until their diocese or local police department elects to do something about it. But if that was how the ordinary people were persuaded to behave, how many dioceses or police departments would be prodded to take action at all?

No; the whole thing just doesn't pass the smell test. Voris applies an egregious double standard to the question of papal validity. If everything is up to the authorities, then abandon all the victims defended at the CM website, because CM has no official authority to do anything about it. If on the other hand investigative journalism and frank fact-finding can have a good effect on those who do have the power to act, then use this same approach towards thean from Argentina who shielded Grassi, promoted Pena Parra, etc etc. etc.

Consider 's lies and falsehoods about Bergoglio being indubitably the Pope trapped and exposed.

The answer to Voris,(and the vast majority of Catholics for whom he speaks) for me is quite simple: The Cardinals are not allowed to Conclave, because the rules of resignation were not properly followed without substantial error, in accord with Canon Law promulgated by his predecessor Pope John Paul II, by the current and still reigning Pope. You can’t have two.

And you are right in that I (we) have no legal authority to declare this is so or do anything about it. But in a similar way, just because I am not a judge and/or jury doesn’t mean that I can’t properly know that a crime has been committed when I witness it with my own eyes. I can call a murder, murder, if I witness it. I can’t pronounce judgement nor render punishment, that is true. But to say I can’t know anything, even though I see it and know it, simply because a Judge and his Court haven’t officially pronounced on it is insane. Everything Pope Benedict XVI did, from writing the letter in precise and faulty Latin to his current residence in the Vatican as His Holiness can be seen by anyone with eyes and a brain. I am waiting official judgement, but that doesn’t mean I am condemned to hell because I am thereby forced to follow and submit my life and eternal soul to an antipope in his heretical ways while I wait for “trial” 127 years from now. I don’t have that much time … so I think I will go ahead and trust my eyes.

That’s how I see it and is essentially how I have made peace with a Catholic world gone mad. The current situation is irretrievable, absent a miracle. I am with the ancient and unchanging Magisterial Church of Tradition and its Dogmas and Doctrines, pending current resolution by “competent authorities”.

As it stands, that sentence makes no sense. The cause of the confusion is the "singular 'they,'", which is not English but Cultural Marxism. Rewritten in English, the sentence makes sense:

"But if the very men gathered in conclave haven't made that public accusation, anyone who is suggesting that better take into account that he too will have to give an account of himself to Almighty God when he dies."
