Question , can there be a constitutional crisis between a "lower federal court" created by congress and the president ?
It's an unfortunate situation to see the lower courts exuding their perceived power over an executive that participated in creating them , congress has the keys to unlock this situation and should step forward to check an unconstitutional group of unelected "executives" IMHO
