Is Infallible "Vatican I Contra Ivereigh" & Francis?

- Doctor of the Church St. Francis de Sales totally confirmed beyond any doubt the possibility of a heretical pope and what must be done by the Church in such a situation:

"[T]he Pope... WHEN he is EXPLICITLY a heretic, he falls ipso facto from his dignity and out of the Church, and the Church MUST either deprive him, or, as some say, declare him deprived, of his Apostolic See."

Saint Robert Bellarmine, also, said "the Pope heretic is not deposed ipso facto, but must be declared deposed by the Church."

How did someone so ignorant about the basic truths of the Faith ever become pope? Bergoglio endlessly complains about Traditionalists looking back to the past, ignoring the fact that the Church hands on the Faith taught by the Apostles 2,000 years ago.

In meeting with International Theological Commission, Pope Francis calls for a “creative fidelity to tradition”, in which growth takes place from the roots, as opposed to a sterile traditionalism which separates itself from the living tradition by attempting to to go backwards.
