What are our Arms against the Fears and Anxieties of the our Present Life & Times?

The great saint, St. Catherine of Siena, shows that our greatest weapon against the fears and anxieties of the our present life and times are the gifts of Jesus Christ of Faith, Hope and Charity (Love):

"His most glorious Virgin Mother appeared with the most blessed St. John the Evangelist, the glorious Apostle Paul, St. Dominic (the founder of the Order) and the prophet David with his harp. While David played sweet strains on the harp the Mother of God took Catherine’s hand in her own most holy hand and presenting her to her Son courteously asked Him to marry her to Himself in faith."

"The Son of God, graciously agreeing, held out a gold ring with four pearls set in a circle in it and a wonderful diamond in the middle and with His most holy right hand and He slipped it on to the virgin’s second finger, saying,

'There! I marry you to me in faith, to me, your Creator and [Savior]. Keep this faith unspotted until you come to me in heaven and celebrate the marriage that has no end. From this time forward, daughter, act firmly and decisively in everything that in my Providence I shall ask you to do. Armed as you are with the strength of faith, you will overcome all your enemies and be happy.'” (THE LIFE OF ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA, By her Spiritual Director Blessed Raymond of Capua, Page 81-82, THE MYSTICAL MARRIAGE)

Also, St. Catherine of Siena, said by praying for the grace of loving God above everything including ourselves and loving our sons and daughters as well as our neighbor (friend or enemy) for the love of God and thereby desiring their salvation we can overcome fear with love.

If you are fearful and in darkness, remember that Jesus, the saints and angels are in this battle with you.

I know St. Catherine is praying for you to have light and peace in whatever darkness you may be in.

She is praying for you as she prayed for Niccolo in his darkness and fear of death as recorded in this letter to her confessor Dominican Fra. Raymond of Capua:

"In the name of Jesus Christ crucified and gentle Mary."

"Most beloved father and dearest son in Jesus Christ."

"... I took him to Mass and he received Holy Communion, which he had never done before... He kept saying: 'Stay with me and don't leave me; then I will be fine, and shall die content.' He leaned his head on my breast and I sensed tremendous joy and the fragrance of  his blood, not separate from the fragrance of my own blood which I hope to shed for gentle Jesus, my bridegroom. As my own desire increased, and I felt his fear, I said: 'Courage, my dear brother; we shall both soon be at the wedding-feast. You will go there bathed in the sweet blood of God's Son, and in the sweet name of Jesus. Never forget this, I shall be waiting for you at the execution.' Imagine this my father and son: his heart lost all its fear."

"... I waited for him at the place of execution, and as I waited, I kept praying in the presence of Mary and Catherine, virgin and martyr. Before he arrived, I lay down and stretched my neck on the block, and begged Mary for the grace I wanted, namely, that I might give him light and peace at the moment of death, and then see him reach his goal."

"... Then he arrived, like a meek lamb, and began to smile. He asked me to make the sign of the cross over him, so I blessed him and said: 'Down to the wedding-feast, my gentle brother. You will soon be in everlasting life.' He prostrated with great meekness, and I stretched out his neck and bent down to him, reminding him of the blood of the Lamb. His lips kept murmuring only 'Jesus' and 'Catherine,' and he was murmuring when I received his head into my hands... Then I saw the God-man, as one sees the radiance of the sun. He stood ready to receive [Niccolo's] blood into his own."

"... When he [Niccolo] was at rest, my soul rested in peace and quiet, so aware of the fragrance of blood that I could not remove the blood which had splashed onto me. Alas, wretch that I am, I can say no more. With great envy, I saw myself left behind." (Letter 273; XXXI)

Francis Notes:

- Doctor of the Church St. Francis de Sales totally confirmed beyond any doubt the possibility of a heretical pope and what must be done by the Church in such a situation:

"[T]he Pope... WHEN he is EXPLICITLY a heretic, he falls ipso facto from his dignity and out of the Church, and the Church MUST either deprive him, or, as some say, declare him deprived, of his Apostolic See."
(The Catholic Controversy, by St. Francis de Sales, Pages 305-306)

Saint Robert Bellarmine, also, said "the Pope heretic is not deposed ipso facto, but must be declared deposed by the Church."

If Francis is a Heretic, What should Canonically happen to him?

Did Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger (the future Pope Benedict XVI) say that Francis is a heretic ?   On June 3, 2003 the then Cardinal Ratzinge r (and future Pope Benedict) , head of the Congregation for the Faith, said that the endorsement of  " homosex civil unions" was against Catholic teaching, that is heterodoxy : "Those who would move from tolerance to the legitimatization of specific rights for cohabiting homosexual persons need to be reminded that the approval or legalization of evil is something far different from the toleration of evil... The Church teaches that respect for homosexual persons cannot lead in any way to approval of homosexual behavior or to legal recognition of homosexual unions ." (Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, "Considerations Regarding Proposals to give Legal Recognition to Unions between Homosexual Persons," June 3, 2003) Gloria.tv reported: " Francis made on October 21 his latest declaration in sup...

A Hour which will Live in Infamy: 10:01pm November 3, 2020

10:01pm November 3, 2020, a hour which will live in infamy, the United States of America presidential electoral integrity was suddenly and deliberately attacked by the forces of the Democrat Machine and some corrupt collaborators within the Republican Party. It will be recorded that "under the pretense of COVID, executive branch officials across a number of key battleground states violated election procedures passed by the legislative branches of those states in a number of ways that opened up the process to fraud on a massive scale, never before seen in the history of this country" which makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks before. During the time before and after the attack the Democrat Machine and its corrupt collaborators in the Media have deliberately sought to deceive the United States by false statements and expressions of hope for continued peace.  The attack on United States has caused severe damage to the Ameri...

Could Francis be an Antipope even though the Majority of Cardinals claim he is Pope?

Is it possible for someone to be an antipope even though the majority of cardinals claim he is pope? The case of Antipope Anacletus II proves that it is possible for a majority of cardinals to claim a man is pope while he, in reality, is an antipope. In 1130, a majority of cardinals voted for Cardinal Peter Pierleone to be pope. He called himself Anacletus II. He was proclaimed pope and ruled Rome for eight years by vote and consent of a absolute majority of the cardinals despite the fact he was a antipope. In 1130, just prior to the election of antipope Anacletus, a small minority of cardinals elected the real pope: Pope Innocent II. How is this possible? St. Bernard said "the 'sanior pars' (the wiser portion)... declared in favor of Innocent II. By this he probably meant a majority of the cardinal-bishops." (St. Bernard of Clairvaux by Leon Christiani, Page 72) Again, how is this possible when the absolute majority of cardinals voted for A...
