Are Taylor Marshall's Connections to Opus Dei why he is Sitting on the Fence on Pushing Strongly against on the Coronavirus Hysteria?

The Spanish website called Sin Miedo de al "Opus Dei" which translates in English to Without Fear of "Opus Dei" stated in Spain that the leftist media and apparently the Opus Dei "conservative" media have united to push the coronavirus hysteria:

"[T]here is not a single Spanish media in which there is a dissident voice... No one dares move a finger or open their mouths to say that there is something strange in so much quarantine and interruption of activity [by lockdowns]."
(Sinmiedoalopusdei, "Architecture of Oppression," April 11, 2020)

Why is the supposedly conservative Opus Dei media in Spain according to this Spanish website pushing a narrative that is destroying the country's political freedom, economy and banning the Mass?

Taylor Marshall who is against the banning of the Mass apparently is sitting on the fence on pushing strongly against on the Opus Dei coronavirus hysteria narrative (promoted in the Spanish Catholic media and by his former employer which are controlled by Opus Dei) which Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano calls "the Media's alarmism."

Is it possible that Marshall's connections to Opus Dei are why he is sitting on the fence, that is he lacks courage and decisiveness to choose sides, and is not strong in condemning the coronavirus hysteria and it's "Media's alarmism" which are causing the unconstitutional totalitarian lockdowns?

Marshall is so devoted to Opus Dei that he worked for their Catholic Information Center in Washington D.C. and named his son partly after the founder of the organization:

"Here is my son on the way home from the hospital today. He shall be baptized, Jude Ambrose Josemaria Marshall."

"Jude because I prayed a novena (a nine day prayer) through St Jude that I might find a job. On the ninth day of that novena I was offered my current position in Washington DC.... "

"... Josemaria after St Josemaria Escriva, the founder of Opus Dei. I have gained a deep devotion to this holy man and his writings. I attend daily Mass at the St Josemaria Chapel (at the Catholic Information Center) and my boss (and father and friend) is a priest of Opus Dei. Also, my son was born on June 26, the feast day of St Josemaria." [https://web.archive.org/web/20130506164425/http://www.taylormarshall.com/2006/06/my-new-son-jude-ambrose-josemaria.html]

It appears that he continued his devotion to Opus Dei even after he stopped working for them:

Dr. Taylor Marshall
"I'm about to go to the Dallas Opus Dei recollection. Anyone else going tonight?" [https://www.facebook.com/DrTaylorMarshall/posts/im-about-to-go-to-the-dallas-opus-dei-recollection-anyone-else-going-tonight/415362745267756/]

Opus Dei is not just promoting the coronavirus hysteria, but is strongly supportive of Francis and even Amoris Laetitia.

Might Marshall's connections to Opus Dei explain why he is so strongly against Archbishop Vigano including Bishop Rene Gracida in his anti-coronavirus hysteria petition to end the unconstitutional tyrannical lockdowns?

Bishop Gracida is against the coronavirus hysteria and is strongly against Amoris Laetitia's pushing of Communion for adulterers and as his co-host on the Taylor Marshall podcast Timothy Flanders said today Gracida says "there needs to be a canonical trial and investigation[1:15:12-1:15:30]" on the validity of the Francis conclave and Pope Benedict XVI resignation.

This apparently goes against the Opus Dei narratives which it is possible Marshall feels the need to oppose passively by sitting on the fence on the virus hysteria as well as on "a canonical trail and investigation" of the validity of the Francis conclave and Pope Benedict XVI resignation.

Marshall speaking against Bishop Garcida's position, that "a canonical trial and investigation" of the validity of the Francis conclave and Pope Benedict XVI resignation is needed, said:

"I am a little concern that the [Vigano petition] movement can spin that way [towards Bishop Garcida's position that "a canonical trial and investigation" is needed] and break apart. That is a concern I have." (1:40- 1:40:16) [https://youtu.be/qUXK2I3G9Z8]

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Mass and the Church as well as for the Triumph of the Kingdom of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Pray an Our Father now to offer reparation for the offenses against the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Immaculate Heart of Mary and for the conversion of sinners.

Perhaps Mr. Marshall is the kind that fence sits until the battle is decisive and the winners assured. Then he will come down and join whichever side prevails.

There are many such.

Good point. If the tepid are not spit out first.

It's clear TM can't deal with the truth on the Antipapacy of Francis, nor the fake Sr. Lucy. Two elephants in the room for both Trad Inc. and Fatima Inc.

I don't buy the imposter Sr. Lucia stuff mostly pushed by Sedevantists which her family refutes. There does seem to be evidence Sr. Lucia was silenced which apparently some of her family don't refute. I hope to look into that sometime in the future.

Great--We'd welcome your considered thoughts. Whatever Dr Chojnowski's thoughts on sedevacantism, which considered and sober Catholic thought rejects, the case for a fake Sr. Lucy is quite strong. I would say B. A. R. D. Beyond a reasonable doubt. Not merely "by a preponderance" of the evidence, or 51%.

It's a completely different subject per se. To tag him as sede is the very same ad hominem fallacy to which Francis is an Antipope adherents like us are frequently subject.

Tradition in Action believes the False Sr. Lucy theory as well. Neither they nor I am sedevacantist.

The family is no authority 75 years after the fact and appear to have been duped or gone along with the imposture.

Back to Taylor:

He would not be advertising and publicly promoting evenings of recollection were he not a member. And Opus Dei has no interest in two things in particular that are forefront in the war :

Pope Benedict and bucking the status quo re the acceptance of Antipope Francis;

The Old Latin Mass.

They tolerate the latter when it suits them, as at St Agnes NYCity. But there is no love there. The self-interest, self-preservation and self-enrichment are the primary goals of Opus Dei. Support of Francis is politic toward that end.

He's probably not a full-on member but a cooperator. I wouldn't be shocked that he's given them money. Truth be told, there's an Opus Dei member for every kind of political and ecclesiastical persuasion, so he probably knows someone who's fairly traditional in his outlook.

"Exorcist Fr. Ripperger is asking everyone to say this Prayer until the Election is Resolved"

A good friend of the Catholic Monitor got this from a group message. She said "exorcist Fr. Chad Ripperger is asking everyone to say this prayer until the election is resolved": Prayer of Command In His Name and by the power of His Cross and Blood, I ask Jesus to bind any evil spirits, forces and powers of the earth, air, fire, or water, of the netherworld and the satanic forces of nature.  By the power of the Holy Spirit and by His authority, I ask Jesus Christ to break any curses, hexes, or spells and send them back to where they came from, if it be His Holy Will.  I beseech Thee Lord Jesus to protect us by pouring Thy Precious Blood on us (my family, etc.), which Thou hast shed for us and I ask Thee to command that any departing spirits leave quietly, without disturbance, and go straight to Thy Cross to dispose of as Thou sees fit.  I ask Thee to bind any demonic interaction, interplay, or communications.  I place N. High-profile Lawyer Barnes: Amy Coney Barrett would be a Disaster

High-profile trial lawyer Robert Barnes who deals in civil, criminal and constitutional law reported on Twitter that Amy Coney Barrett would be a disaster. The Barnes Twitter report shows that Coney Barrett has " sid[ed] with the government on the lockdowns, on uncompensated takings, on excusing First Amendment infringements & Fourth Amendment violations... The Avvo.com lawyer directory reports that attorney "Robert Barnes embraces the challenge to defend the little guy and stand up for what is right. If Kamala Harris' Father is part White & part Jamaican African and her Mother is Asian-Indian then is she really Black?

Is Joe Biden's running mate really Black? If Kamala Harris' father is part white and part Jamaican African and her mother is Asian-Indian then is she really Black? Reason.com tries to figure it out: Kamala Harris, Joe Biden's pick to be the Democratic Party's vice-presidential nominee, is the daughter of an Indian immigrant mother and a Jamaican immigrant father. Her father, as I understand it, has ancestors of both European and African origin. [Welcome new Volokh readers. FYI, I've been working on a book on the American Law of Race, with this forthcoming article the first relevant output. My own opinion is that Ms. Harris should be deemed American, period, but there is no such box on government forms, and if you decline to state your race, someone will decide for you… First things first. There is no multiracial or mixed-race category in American law in any jurisdiction. Nor is there an Indian category. So Harris cannot be legally Indian, nor can she b
