Is the Pro-Gay "Asian Francis" Tagle who some say will be Francis II associated with Financial Corruption?

Philippine Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle is so in line with Francis's liberal agenda that he is called the "Asian Francis" and some are claiming he will be Francis II.
The pro-gay Tagle many believe is being groomed by the Francis Vatican to be the next pope.
Tagle was given the presidency of the pro-homosexual Caritas International after Francis's closest adviser and "vice pope" Cardinal Oscar Rodriguez Maradiaga stepped down from the office.

Journalist Christine Niles reported that the Philippine Cardinal's organization is pro-gay:
"Caritas International... happens to be a member of the governing body of the World Social Forum - a Communist, pro-homosexual group."

According to the Catholic News Agency, Tagle "has a close relationship with" a "influential ecclesiastical figure in Guam" who is according a Vatican Insider article may have ties to "financial... scandals."

The Vatican Insider article reported that the Church figure was:
"Msgr. James Benavente... who boasts a close friendship with Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle... [the Cardinal is] subject of considerable criticism (and more than a little speculation) for some of his behaviors and especially for the luxury cars, houses (three acquired for himself)... first-class air travel, expensive restaurants and exclusive parties."
The article, moreover, says that there are "[h]eavy accusations against Monsignor Benevente" in which a "former secretary of the Finance Council of Guam Catholic Cemeteries" said:
"I have seen countless abuses of cemetery funds... Benavente also used $13,000 of the... funds to pay for the celebration of his 20th anniversary as a priest."
Now the story according to the Vatican Insider gets complicated as the now convicted gay pedophile Archbishop Anthony Apuron back then dismissed Benavente and also "dismissed [the allegedly gay] Father [Paul] Gofigan after having received complaints... the priest was living... with a former convict, Joseph Lastimoza... convicted of serious sexual crimes... [t]he removal of this priest, who was also the founder of the movement 'Rainbow Mercy' for young gay Catholics."
The article says Benavente "claimed to have important friendships within the FBI and powerful figures in the Vatican" and apparently he did.
It appears possible that Tagle with his close association to Francis may have gotten Francis to send Archbishop Savio Hon Tai-Fai as his personal representative to Guam to fix the situation.
The article says Archbishop Hon fixed the situation by doing the following:
"Benavente instead was given all previously held assignments with an added appointment for the Archdiocese's Patrimony" and "entrusted the cathedral to Fr. Paul Gofigan, who had been removed two years earlier."
It appears that the gay Archbishop Apuron is a unsavory character who should be laicized like the gay ex-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, but apparently, if the Vatican Insider article is credible, just as unsavory are the priests who were dismissed by him such as the allegedly gay priest and the close friend of the pro-gay Tagle who Francis appears to possibly be grooming to replace him.
If the Vatican Insider piece is true then it appears the events above are a cat fight in which all the unsavory characters involved are sleazy.
