obtained election to the Petrine office by fraud

had no intention of fulfilling the office established by our Lord Jesus Christ

and in fact intended to do the very opposite -- attack the Faith and be the focus and cause of disunity in the Church

Canon Law has been tried and found wanting -- it is not protecting the salvation of souls
