The cardinal does not seek a canonical solution, as this post clearly demonstrates that he prefers the excuses that the current canon has heterodox influence, etc...

Do cardinals read some secret manuals on canon law or dogmatic theology? Some hidden teaching that assures them that non-Catholics can hold office as long as nobody official warns anyone?

Those sailors who understood what is happening in this storm today have placed their anchors in faith and hope. And others didn't even see their own noses in the same storm. It is necessary to pray and act for the good of the Church alone.
