Making the military a bunch of useful idiots and making others also idiots leads us to think that this is part of the plan of world control. The irrational subject is more likely not to grow up in life, either intellectually and professionally. The big capitalists historically have always gained from this. And the example of the 2030 Agenda no is different. This agenda is capitalism only for a few.
