Latin American philosopher and attorney Carlos A. Casanova shows that dissenter Tony Mifsud and Archbishop Fernandez both of whom "irrationally" misuse Thomism are bedfellows following the lead of Fr. Bernard Haring in dissent from Catholic moral doctrine:
