Why is it that the all male Francis Italian Bishops community (which apparently might include the Vatican Gay Lobby) is so worried about the Coronavirus that they are banning the Mass in Italy?
Why might Italy and specifically the small Italian city of Bergamo be the epicenter of the Coronavirus in Europe?
Might the following have something to do with it?
Hachette Book Group says all the large cities of Italy have "a vibrant gay community, and even small cities Bergamo... have their own gay associations... Travel magazines regularly rate Italy as the top destination for gay travelers."

Why is it that New York City is the epicenter of Coronavirus in the United States and, also, happens to have the highest population of gays of all American cities according to Wikipedia?

On January 14, 2008, Reuters' headline titled "Drug-resistant staph [Stachylococus aureus] found to be passed by gay sex" reported "Sexually active gay men in San Francisco are 13 times more likely to be infected than their heterosexual neighbors."
The NCBI report by MF Morgene said:
"Lipoteichic acid from S. [Stachylococus] aureus increased the susceptibility to coronavirus infection in pigs."
(NCBI, "Staphylococcus aureus colonization and non-influenza respiratory viruses," August 26, 2018)

In 1986, the Journal of Clinical Pathology had an article titled "Enteric coronavirus in symptomless homosexuals" in which it was found that:
"The prevalence of enteric coronavirus in male homosexuals in our study is very striking, and it is interesting that a recent study by Kern in Germany showed that 50% of patients with AIDS were excreting enteric coronavirus whereas no virus particles were found in 18 control homosexuals."
"Although sera are available from our patients, we have not felt ethically justified in retrospectively testing them for HIV antibody without their consent. It would be speculative to suggest any correlation between the finding of coronavirus in homosexuals and either HIV infection or AIDS. We intend to amplify our study and try to determine the importance of enteric coronavirus in this group of patients."
