Please pray for the Latin mass.
I would not be a Catholic without it.
In all honesty, I didn’t convert from the sterilized aesthetics and practices of Protestantism to continue to worship in a similar manner.
I wanted something more. My heart *knew* there was something more. It longs to be veiled before the Eucharist, to be bathed in incense, and surrounded by beauty.
These are obviously superficial things to the faith, but they speak to our heart in a way that must not be ignored. They affect the posture of our hearts. They draw our attention to the sacred. They bring heaven to earth.
God designed us to seek and love and want to obey through our senses. He didn’t create us for this world. It’s why we’re drawn to extraordinary things. To beautiful things.
Please pray.
