Brazil is moving towards technocracy, which is a regime with technical experts in political decision-making. The Brazilian writer and economist, Rodrigo Constantino, says that Diaz Toffoli made a bizarre statement, as a minister of the Supreme Court, that the country was Semi-presidentialism because the court is the moderator of the nation's decisions. According to Constantino, Brazil has not held any plebiscite to change the regime and it is stated in the Brazilian constitution that the government is still presidential. In addition, there is another aggravating fact due to innovations in the Brazilian market with Artificial Intelligence. This means that it is one more piece that connects to an economic regime allied to this innovative policy. This means that the taxpayer's data will be evaluated by this system. The Bolsonaro government didn't really rule anything, in the example of the "pandemic" that had closed stores and other commercial establishments years ago. So, the path they impose is authoritarianism with this regime. Something that reminds us "that no man could buy or sell, except he should bear that mark, which is the name of the Beast or the number of his name" (Revelation 13:17).
