Regarding the article 5 cited, we can observe how it can be "the beginning of the acts of election" (chapter 3). In it there is Article 53 which says about the oath that one cannot violate the secrecy of the election, during or after, unless it is explicitly granted by the Pontiff himself. Moreover, this same oath says that one cannot give support to any group or any other form of initiative, that is, this is the same interference warned by Ratzinger in the DECLARATIO. If otherwise confirmed, in Article 76 and according to the pope, such an election is null and void.
