I'm delighted to see the excellent Dr. Lively quoted. There's a man worth giving a listen to, he's quite a guy, a man who love and serves Christ, who has vast experience with the Deep State, courageous credentials in the culture war, and who writes extremely well.
I had the same thought, about the Trumps, and God bless them both and may they heal quickly. I also believe God's hand is on Donald Trump, and if anything happens to him, it is because God's judgment is on us, and it may be just our time to go under, as a nation. I certainly hope not, and do believe that God has provided this man for us and for our time, and this is actually very hopeful.
We should of course, pray.
