So what - the anti-Pope will just take their dioceses from them like he did to B. Strickland. The anti-pope needs to be removed not just havie his false teachings ignored.

It is the sobering fact that has been mentioned in other comments, because there is clearly a dialectical dualism going on not to resolve, but to do nothing. A negative mindset that is secretly planned, but that comes to light that is contrary to the papacy. Or when someone wants to do it, but they don't do it honestly.
