George Soros' son's White House meetings with Biden were geared toward national security. It includes foreign policy and especially national security. In the latter, we can see the intelligence service. Wikipedia says: "An intelligence service or intelligence service is usually a government department, whose function is to collect information related to possible threats to the security of the state." It spies on threats, such as cyber or terrorist groups...
