Renowned Catholic Philosopher: Francis & U.S. Bishops "Obliged" to answer this Dubia Question "Yes" or they are Heretics

One of the greatest living Thomist philosophers, Edward Feser, wrote:

"So, every Catholic is obliged to affirm, on pain of heterodoxy, the following sentence, which for ease of reference I will label."

"The Sentence: 'Capital punishment is not always and intrinsically wrong.'"
(Edwardfeser.blog spot, "Just say the damn sentence already," June 25, 2019)

So, if Francis and the U.S. Bishops cannot answer "Yes" to the above dubia question then they are in heretics.

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Mass and of the Church as well as for the Triumph of the Kingdom of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

You've got this backwards....they need to affirm this statement(as Feser clearly says).

"The Sentence: 'Capital punishment is not always and intrinsically wrong.'"

So, if Francis and the U.S. Bishops cannot answer "No" to the above dubia question then they are in heretics."
