"Bizarre" Francis Fratelli Tutti: Steven O'Reilly is calling for "an Imperfect Council!"

Catholic scholar Steven O'Reilly is calling for "an imperfect council" because Francis' "Fratelli Tutti is a bizarre doc":

Fratelli Tutti is a bizarre doc, e.g., "We clearly state" is not a papal definition. "Tutti", Amoris Laetitia, Abu Dhabi, etc., will be burned by a future pope/council. I hope Pell's return might put some steel in the spines of Burke, Schneider, et al. Call an imperfect council! [https://twitter.com/S_OReilly_USA]

Pray an Our Father now for the restoration of the Mass and the Church as well as for the Triumph of the Kingdom of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Amazing, isn't it, how Bergoglio is perfectly capable of stating things clearly, if and when he so desires? Answering the Dubia, now, or making sense in Footnote 351 of Amoris laetitia Chapter 8--not so much. And what (remind me) was his response to Archbishop Vigano's initial McCarrick revelations? Something about "not saying a single word"?

As for the call by Mr. O'Reilly for an Imperfect Council, I'm afraid that frog has long since been boiled. When Cardinal Burke let his promise of a Formal Correction fade into nothingness, he gave Bergoglio free rein to do anything and everything, as Bergoglio himself, if virtually nobody else, clearly understands.

I‘ve given my own take elsewhere, but invoking The Terror in a Papal Encyclical is off the charts disturbing. This screed is simply Bergoglio’s October Surprise for the USCCB out of terror the Trump might survive COVID and actually be reelected. There is nothing Francis will not do to set the stage for the Antichrist.
